Kiley Cogis received a B.A. in English from Ball State University and a M.F.A. in creative writing from George Mason University. She is the recipient of the Joseph A. Lohman III Poetry Prize, the Virginia Downs poetry award, and the "In Two Tongues" poetry award sponsored by the Arlington Arts Center. Her poems have appeared in Blue Mesa Review, Cimarron Review, Phoebe, Pleiades, So to Speak, and Tar Wolf Review.
